Dealers should review their T&Cs (wholesale & retail) to check if price increases (e.g. as a result of tariffs) can be passed on to dealers and/or end-customers. Dealers are advised to check customer cancellation rights and consider whether consumers were apprised of the potential for such price increases pre-contract.
