The Autumn 2018 issue of The Voice has been published!
The latest edition of our quarterly publication includes a summary of the latest results of the latest NFDA Dealer Attitude Survey, which saw Kia hold the highest average across all questions, and an analysis of the main findings of the NFDA Consumer Attitude Survey, monitoring the perceptions of consumers in aftersales.
