This week, it was extremely positive to see that Pendragon won their appeal on multi-user vehicles, following their conviction of unfair commercial practice after advertising an ex-rental car as having one registered keeper. NFDA will continue to work on clarifying the issues surrounding the use of multi-user vehicles. Please find more details in the news.
Following the publication of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) report on motor finance, NFDA is putting together a strategy to liaise with the FCA on future policy developments in this area.
Today has seen Theresa May’s Withdrawal Agreement rejected for the third time. To avoid leaving the EU on 12 April with a no deal, the Government needs to come up with an alternative plan. Please find guidance from the Government about Brexit in the newsletter.
