NFDA is liaising with the Department for Transport (DfT) about the issue of derogations for RDE Step 1 emissions requirements ahead of the deadline of 1 September 2019. They have confirmed that the requests for derogations have been presented to the Ministers and they are in the process of reaching an agreement on this. We will keep you updated.
This week, we published the findings of the NFDA Consumer Attitude Survey 2019. The survey has been redesigned to include more questions and participants in order to provide a more detailed insight into consumer perceptions in the aftersales sector. Overall, franchised dealers stood out for safety, trust and consumer satisfaction. Find more details below and access the summary report here.
