Dear Colleague,

This week, new passenger car registrations figures showed that the market declined by -4.6% in May reflecting a slowdown in consumer spending affected by the uncertain political environment. Sales of petrol rose by 1.0%, diesel was down -18.3% and alternative fuel vehicles continued to rise, up 11.7%. Positively, the light commercial vehicles remained strong in May with a growth of 5.4%. Next Wednesday we will be at CDX at the Farnborough International Conference & Events Centre. Our team will be at stand A18 to provide you with an update on the latest NFDA activities including our Electric vehicle Approved (EVA) scheme and Drive My Career. Come to visit our stand!

On Tuesday we will hold our Midlands Regional forum in Northampton. Our Southern forum will take place on Wednesday, at the same venue as CDX, in Farnborough.
