This week we published the electric vehicle insight of our latest NFDA Consumer Attitude Survey 2019. The findings revealed that demand for plug-in hybrids and electric cars could quadruple if all drivers purchased their next vehicle now. Despite this, there are still a number of significant challenges including access to charging, battery range and cost of electric cars. Find more details in the news.
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) is consulting on proposed guidance for firms on the ‘fair treatment of vulnerable consumers’. The FCA’s aim is to provide greater clarity on its expectations from businesses with regard to this issue. Please find a summary below.
