Following on from the success of last years’ sell-out events, Driving Digital returns to Villa Park, Birmingham, on Thursday February 7.
Some of the most influential and interesting people in the used car industry will provide you with an insight into the future of the world of digital marketing and automotive retailing. Imperial Cars' Neil Smith, John O'Hanlon of Waylands Volvo, Nick King and Nathan Coe of Auto Trader, Neil Addley of Trusted Dealers, plus NFDA Director Sue Robinson will take the stage to discuss a range of different topics.
John O'Hanlon will talk through the challenges of leadership and motivation in today’s digital world, drawing on his experience at Ridgeway and in founding Waylands
Neil Smith will explain how Imperial Cars successfully blends the online consumer car research/selection journey with their offline nationwide multi-site physical showroom consumer experience
Nick King will bring the latest insight from Auto Trader's cutting-edge customer research into the future of digital advertising in the automotive space.
Neil Addley will reveal the link between stock turn and customer satisfaction, as well as the key drivers to customer satisfaction, in particular, in used cars. How important is the meet and greet? Finance? How far are customers prepared to travel? Neil will reveal all.
The event will begin with coffee and pastries at 9.30 for a ten o’clock start and should wrap up around lunchtime with a buffet lunch. There is ample free parking on site.
Driving Digital is free to franchised dealers and OEM guests, and we welcome up to three delegates per business - however, we would with respect ask suppliers for a contribution of £250 per delegate to the event. Attendance is free to NFDA members.
