This week, new passenger car registration figures showed that the market declined by -1.7% in November. Positively, pure electric vehicles saw a huge increase of 228.8% and took a market share of 3%. The LCV market declined by -9.6% affected by the continued economic uncertainty. Please find more details in the news.
On Tuesday we held a well-attended, insightful EV Marketplace Seminar in Warwick. Keynote speakers from National Grid, Centrica, VW and Hedin Automotive, Norway, discussed the current EV landscape and analysed future trends and opportunities for retailers. Next Wednesday, NFDA’s Drive My Career will hold the first Female Apprentice Network. On the day, 40 aftersales female apprentices from ten NFDA and Drive My Career members will have meetings with their HR representatives, hear from a keynote speaker and take part in an exciting activity.
