Ensure your customers recognise the new, WLTP compliant, Euro 6d-temp and Euro 6d vehicles available. The printable version of the stickers is available to NFDA members.

Use the leaflet to provide your customers with straightforward information to help them choose the car that best suits their needs.

Diesel Booklet

The booklet provides a more detailed update on diesel including an accurate differentiation between the different types of pollutants, a description of the WLTP and Real Driving Emission (RDE) tests and the Government’s response measures to tackle air pollution.

This guide helps retailers inform consumers about plug-in electric vehicles. WLTP leaflet to inform consumers, produced with LowCVP

The ‘Know Your Fuel Costs’ leaflet helps retailers show to their customers that WLTP’s more sophisticated testing techniques and its more accurate emission figures can help consumers choose the right car.

AFTERSALES

Aftersales Forecast Model

The ICDP (International Car Distribution Programme) has built a dynamic aftersales forecast model. NFDA members can access it free of charge and can use the model by inserting their own figures and estimates of the market. The document is sent with a user guide.

Drive My Career carries out bi-monthly surveys of young people to understand their perception of a career in the automotive sector. The latest report was about young people’s ideal job search process, the previous one about working and doing work experiences in automotive.

EVA (Electric Vehicle Approved)

EVA is the scheme launched by NFDA and endorsed by the Energy Saving Trust and the Government’s Office for Low Emission Vehicles to certify retailers’ excellence in the EV area.
