Dear Colleague,

We have included in this week’s newsletter a guidance document prepared by our solicitor partners MILS to assist you in dealing with the outbreak of the coronavirus. This includes a document you can download which provides advice on ‘Temporary Changes to Workplace Policies and Procedures’. NFDA continues to monitor the situation while we assess the necessity to potentially delay forthcoming meetings. We will keep our members informed.

This week we published the results of the latest NFDA Dealer Attitude Survey winter 2019/2020 which showed an improvement in overall average dealer satisfaction. Lexus topped the survey with an overall average score of 8.9 points out of 10. Please find more details in the news.

This week, the Chancellor has announced a number of measures that will have an important effect on our sector. In particular, these include changes to the plug-in grant and Vehicle Excise Duty (VED) rates. Please find more information in the news.

NFDA is your trade association, we are the voice of automotive retailers. If you require any assistance, please contact our member helpline at 01788 538303.
