Dealers will receive the new NFDA Dealer Attitude Survey Summer 2020 for completion on Wednesday 1 July.
The survey will be carried out entirely online and will include a new section dedicated to the support dealers received from their manufacturers during the COVID-19 crisis.
Dealers will receive two unique links to fill out the online questionnaires of the regular NFDA Dealer Attitude Survey and the Electric Vehicle survey insertion. The deadline to complete the surveys will be 31 July.
The NFDA Dealer Attitude Survey monitors the health of the working relationship between dealers and manufacturers asking a range of questions covering key business aspects. These include profitability, finance, targeting, return on investments, bonus and rebates, as well as training and ‘future directions’.
The findings of the summer NFDA Dealer Attitude Survey are usually published in the first week of September.
