The record number of responses we received was vital in obtaining an accurate understanding of the current state of the dealer/manufacturer relationship. Average dealers’ ratings of their manufacturers remained stable and most dealers were fairly satisfied with the support provided by their manufacturers during the COVID-19 pandemic.
