Franchised retailers should be aware of HMRCs interpretation in 2 key areas: the definition of salaried hours workers for NMW purposes and the treatment of Commission payments in assessing NMW compliance. See today’s news.

This week the Government has announced that funding for residential street electric vehicle chargepoint will be doubled. This is a positive forward and we will continue to work closely with the Government and relevant stakeholders to support a gradual and successful market transition to EVs. Please find more details in the news.
