This week, new passenger car registration figures showed the market declined by -7.3% in January following a particularly strong December. Positively, the light commercial vehicle market saw a growth of 5.9%. Please find more details in the news.
Following the announcement that the Government intends to bring forward the ban for sales of new petrol, diesel and hybrid cars, we will continue to call for consistent policies and further support for motorists. We also urged the Government to reconsider its position on hybrids.
This week, Drive My Career’s members celebrated their apprentices through the #DMCApprenticeTakeover. Apprentices from Marshall motor Group, JCT600, TrustFord, Caffyns, Pendragon and Arnold Clark ‘took over’ social media to share their success stories and explain why they enjoy being an apprentice in the automotive industry.
