Bath are implementing a Class C Clean Air Zone. This means that buses, taxis, HGVs and LGVs driving in the zone must be either EURO4 petrol or EURO6 diesel to avoid being charged, unless they have been exempted by the council.

Things you can do to prepare:

  • Check if you will be charged and set up a Business Account to check the compliance of multiple vehicles here.
  • Check for local exemptions and opportunities for funding support in Bath here.
  • Start preparing for Birmingham Clean Air Zone which will commence on the 01 June 2021. Further details on local information and exemptions is available here.
  • Keep up to date with future Clean Air Zone dates on the homepage here.
