The coronavirus pandemic has had a significant impact on DVLA’s services, but DVLA’s digital services have remained available throughout the pandemic and remain the quickest, easiest and cheapest way to deal with them.
Also, three new digital services have also been added: ‘Change your address on your vehicle log book (V5C)’, ‘Get a vehicle log book (V5C)’ and ‘Applying for a driver digital tachograph card’.
