DVLA’s digital services have remained up and running throughout the pandemic and these are still the quickest, easiest and most efficient way to deal with DVLA.
We continue to encourage dealers to use DVLA’s online services to keep the number of paper transactions as low as possible, avoid delays and ensure customer satisfaction. Particularly, due to the resurgence of the pandemic and the impact it is having nationally.
