Dear Colleague,

The findings of our latest HR survey revealed a number of positive trends in automotive recruitment with dealers intending to hire across all business areas over the next three months. In particular, sales executives, service advisors and apprentices continue to be in high demand. Please find more details in the news.

Through Drive My Career, we continue to support our members’ recruitment efforts thanks to our established online channels and related campaigns promoting careers in automotive. Also, over the past weekend, the Drive My Career team engaged with many young people at the British Motor Show, which presented an ideal opportunity to speak with a large, relevant audience about working in automotive.

This week, we held a well-attended, online, Electric Vehicle Regional Roadshow, we updated members on our current activity and shared practical advice thanks to a number of industry speakers to help ensure that dealers are ready to meet the growing demand for EVs.
