Following the successful re-launch of NFDA’s Aftersales Working group at this year’s British Motor Show, NFDA will shortly be launching a new Aftersales Survey.

The survey will ask NFDA members questions regarding the size and scope of their aftersales departments and it will bring together information from members’ workshops, parts departments, accident and smart repair centres and their vehicle cleaning and preparation facilities.

The survey will go live on Monday 4 October and run for two weeks.

The NFDA Aftersales working group’s chairperson, Richard Roberts (Managing Director of Trident Honda) commented: “By collecting data from some high level Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), attendees of the Aftersales Working Group will gain valuable insight to help strengthen their businesses and be better equipped to tackle the challenges facing our industry”.

“The results will play a key part in the agenda for upcoming Aftersales Working group meetings and will provide essential key headline data for the franchised automotive industry”, Richard Roberts added.

NFDA will be using this data to communicate with the Government on topics affecting this integral part of franchised dealers’ businesses.

The next NFDA Aftersales working group will take place on Monday 8 November. It will be both physical and online with attendees encouraged to join us at Sytner BMW in High Wycombe. For further details and an invite, please contact rohima.alam@rmif.co.uk
