Dear Colleague,
Our work on the Block Exemption Regulations continues. We have been collaborating with our European counterparts via the Alliance of European Car Dealers and Repairers (AECDR) to formulate our response to the general BER. In addition, NFDA has responded to the CMA. We will keep you updated.
This week we held an extremely valuable and productive NFDA Executive meeting, which provided dealer inputs that will be crucial to set our strategy for the weeks ahead. In November, our Regional Dealer Meetings will take place in Coventry, Leeds, Cobham and Bristol. Discussions will focus on the dealer/manufacturer relationship, new and used car market, F&I, training and recruitment, aftersales, electric vehicles and more; the agenda has been shared with our members.
Your feedback is key – please email lena.patel@rmif.co.uk or click here to attend your nearest regional.
As the number of open vacancies at dealer groups continues to grow, NFDA’s employment platform Drive My Career is ramping up its efforts. Over the past few weeks, DMC has seen a significant increase in interactions with its campaigns targeting young people looking for jobs. If you would like to learn more about how DMC can support your recruitment efforts, please contact info@drivemycareer.co.uk. See more details about DMC’s activities in today’s newsletter.
