This week we closed our November round of Dealer Member Regional Meetings. Discussions focused on the state of the new and used car markets, the relationship between dealers and manufacturers, forthcoming Block Exemption Regulations, F&I issues and regulatory changes. We have also looked at the challenges facing retailers looking to attract and retain talent as well as the obstacles and opportunities during the transition to zero emissions. These meetings are extremely useful to update you on our work and gain feedback to steer our future activities, thank you to all attendees. More details will follow, if you would like to register your interest for the meetings taking place in February 2022, please email email@example.com.
