
DVLA has launched a new communications campaign to encourage customers to transact online
instead of via paper applications.
Running from 29 November to 16 January, the campaign promotes three key services:
1. renew at 70
3. tell DVLA you’ve bought/sold a vehicle
DVLA is targeting all motorists aged 26+ who usually transact with DVLA via paper applications.
The campaign aims to assure customers who have traditionally sent paper forms to DVLA, that DVLA’s
digital services are quick, easy and completely secure.
Businesses can support the campaign by following DVLA on social media and amplifying their messages or creating their own messages.
