Eddie Hawthorne: Arnold Clark, Chief Executive

Joined Arnold Clark Automobiles Limited as Group Financial Controller, working closely with Sir Arnold Clark and eventually becoming promoted to Group Managing Director in 1998. Since then, I’ve been involved in the expansion of the Group to become Europe’s leading independently owned car retailer.

With over 11,500 employees across 200 UK sites.

Kim Costello: Pendragon, Chief Marketing Officer

Kim is accountable for the creation and execution of the Group’s Internal and External multi-channel communications strategy and leads the teams responsible for the preparation and management of all communications material.

Ian Plummer: Auto Trader, Commercial Director

Ian joined Auto Trader in 2017, with over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry. In his current role, he is responsible for leading Auto Trader’s relationships with automotive manufacturers, lenders as well as franchised retailers to ensure value and revenue for them in both new and used car sales.

Catherine Faiers: Auto Trader, Chief Operating Officer

Catherine is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Auto Trader’s business. She is also focused on guiding the group's strategy and development. Prior to this, Catherine was Chief Operating Officer at Addison Lee where she was responsible for all aspects of operations with a team of over 750 employees, management of the base of 6,000 driver partners, fleet logistics and customer operations.

Owen Edwards: Automotive Business Consultant, Grant Thornton Automotive

Owen is a member of the Grant Thornton Automotive Advisory practice, with responsibility for Automotive Business Consulting

He worked for seven years at Inchcape Plc, the world’s largest independent motor retailer and distributor. For four years, he was the Director of Business Development, undertaking acquisitions and focusing on the strategic positioning of the business across the globe. Prior to this, as Group Strategy Manager, his projects included introducing new brands into emerging markets, restructuring a number of the groups overseas underperforming operations, and compiling the group’s five-year strategy plan.

Neil Addley: Judge Service Managing Director

Having served as marketing director at many of the industries leading dealer groups Neil established JudgeService in 2011. He has worked with the NFDA on a number of dealer based initiatives and is well versed in digital marketing, customer experience and specifically new and used car retailing.
