NFDA’s Driving Digital will be back in less than two weeks! This year’s line-up of keynote speakers will discuss the challenges facing our sector and help retailers embrace future opportunities.

Driving Digital will be held on 12 May 2022, Central Hall Westminster, London (10.00 am to 1.30 pm). The event takes place on the same day as the AM Awards, which will be held in the evening.

This year, we will discuss how retailers are preparing to overcome current challenges and embrace opportunities with a focus on digitalisation and electrification. A line-up of keynote speakers will analyse retailers’ strategies, provide insights into consumer behaviour and discuss the latest trends facing the automotive sector. As always, at Driving Digital you will also be able to network with colleagues from the industry and meet the NFDA team.

The line-up of keynote speakers will see from a dealer perspective Eddie Hawthorne, Chief Executive and Group Managing Director at Arnold Clark, and Kim Costello, Chief Marketing Officer at Pendragon. Consumer and industry insights will be provided by Ian Plummer, Commercial Director, and Catherine Faiers, Chief Operating Officer, both at Auto Trader; while Owen Edwards Automotive Business Consultant at Grant Thornton Automotive will analyse how current economic trends are impacting the industry. Neil Addley, MD of JudgeService, will share their latest findings on how to best treat customers.
