This week, the European Commission published the new Vertical Block Exemption Regulation and new supplementary Guidelines. We are currently working with our specialist legal advisers, TLT LLP, and the Alliance of European Car Dealers and Repairers (AECDR) to analyse these; we will provide you with further information next week.
The latest used car figures showed an increase in the first quarter of 2022. The ongoing supply constraints continue to affect new car sales, but, positively, consumer demand remains stable despite a number of well-documented challenges. Please find further details in the news.
Yesterday, we held an extremely well-attended Driving Digital. Our keynote speakers provided excellent insights into the latest industry trends and the opportunities for dealers.
