The National Franchised Dealers Association (NFDA) has developed the EVA accreditation scheme to recognise retailers’ expertise in the EV sector and support consumer confidence. The scheme is co-sponsored by the Office for Zero-Emission Vehicles (OZEV) and is backed by the Energy Saving Trust (EST) who independently audit dealerships to verify that they meet the set of standards covering EV sales and aftersales.
