On Friday 17 March, NFDA travelled to West Maling to visit long-standing and devoted NFDA Member Humphries & Parks to be introduced to their team, receive a tour of the premises and help promote their EVA accreditation, with brand new EVA Marketing Materials.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by Managing Director, Marcus Joy, who offered us a tour around his site. Here we witnessed, first hand, the incredible job that him and his team have done to expand and offer the highest level of service to the community. The once Mitsubishi dealership, turned Mitsubishi, SsangYong and Used car specialist, has now expanded in size – turning over 80 cars monthly.

Humphries & Parks have achieved incredible success over the years, being presented many industry awards. Most recent of which being AutoTrader’s Customer Experience Award at the Auto Trader Retailer Awards 2022. A great achievement, audited through a rigorous process, which highlights just how important Humphries & Parks places customer service in their business ethos.

Humphries and Parks appealed to the NFDA to be the first dealership site in the UK to promote the newly launched EVA Marketing Materials, as they have been avid supporters of the accreditation since 2019 and seek to actively promote their accreditation around their site.

It is crucial that EVA Accredited dealers ‘shout’ about their certification, as this informs customers that they are at the forefront of electric vehicle retail. With EV demand sharply rising, it is vital that customers recognise the EVA stamp of approval, placing accredited dealers ahead of their competitors.

The brand-new EVA Marketing Promotional Pack was launched earlier this year and we are pleased to share this launch with Humphries & Parks. The pack includes 2 feather flags, a banner, your certificate of accreditation and more social media and website marketing material, all available upon request. Please take a look at the following images and see how YOU should be promoting your EVA accreditation in the future!
