Sue Robinson, Chief Executive of NFDA

Sue Robinson is the Chief Executive Officer of the National Franchised Dealers Association (NFDA), the trade body which represents franchised car and commercial vehicle retailers in the UK. She also has responsibility for policy and media strategy.

Robert Forrester, Chief Executive Officer of Vertu Motors

As the CEO of Vertu Motors plc, Robert is dedicated to delivering an exceptional motoring experience to all customers through leading an outstanding team of colleagues.

Ian Plumber, Commercial Director of AutoTrader

Ian joined Auto Trader in 2017, with over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry. In his current role, he is responsible for leading Auto Trader’s relationships with automotive manufacturers, lenders as well as franchised retailers to ensure value and revenue for them in new and used car sales.

Marc Palmer, Brand Director of AutoTrader

Marc’s specialty is understanding car buyers, their activities, motivations and experiences through Auto Trader’s unique data capability. From the brands they consider to the various models on their shortlists, he finds interesting stories in buyer types across the UK.

Steve Young, Managing Director of ICDP

Julia Greenhough, Marketing Director at Trust Ford

Julia worked across senior roles in High Street Retail before joining the automotive industry in 2013. Previously she had responsibility for buying and marketing across a wide spectrum of product areas.

Neil Addley, Managing Director at Judge Service

Having served as marketing director at many of the industry’s leading dealer groups Neil established JudgeService in 2011. He has worked with the NFDA on a number of dealer-based initiatives and is well versed in digital marketing, customer experience and specifically new and used car retailing.
