The EV Experience Conference: envisioning the consumer experience of EVs in 2025

Bringing together a range of senior stakeholders from the automotive, EV charging, fleet, payments, vehicle sales, and renewables industries, this year’s EV Experience Conference will convene industry and policymakers to envision the desired consumer experience of electric vehicles in 2025.

This event will reflect on market and policy developments over the past year, and then analyse the key forthcoming challenges and opportunities available for market participants.

The intention of the conference is to allow delegates not only to deliberate but to help develop consensus on how they wish the market to look in the mid 2020s.

Key themes for the 2019 event include interoperability/e-roaming, infrastructure deployment, policy, and vehicle deployment.

Stephen Latham, NFDA Head of Operations, will join a panel of experts that will discuss the pace of EV rollout and manufacturer’s electric vehicle commitments. include:

Latham will analyse how customers at franchised dealerships engage with the idea of buying an electric vehicle over an Internal Combustion Engine, how this is changing, as well as NFDA’s EVA (Electric Vehicle Approved) new scheme aimed at certifying retail EV retail excellence.

This is a paid-for event put on by the not-for-profit Renewable Energy Association for participants in the UK and Europe's electric vehicle market.
