“The NFDA are currently in contact with the Saab Dealer Council and will be in touch with Saab dealers regarding the current situation.” Sue Robinson, NFDA Director, commenting on news that Saab UK has filed for administration.

The board of Saab GB is of the opinion that administration gives the company and creditors the necessary legal protection until the required funding for the company has been secured. The appointment of the administrator is effected by the directors of Saab GB. Once appointed, the administrator will take on the management powers of the directors.

Robinson continued “We urge our members with Saab dealerships to get in contact to talk through what steps they now need to take. We have access to expert legal advice and are here to help.”
