September marked a record month for the team at NFDA Trusted Dealers with over 8,000 50 second phone calls to its members.

The used car website where vehicles are only sold through approved dealers who uphold the 10 points of difference is approved by What Car? Magazine, and upheld by the National Franchised Dealers Association.

TD Managing Director Neil Addley comments, “This is great result for us, our members and our partners at What Car?. It comes on the back of an understanding of the quality of 50 second plus calls as a result of our investment in analysis.

“Last year we started to view 50 second calls as the standard to aim for, and in early 2014 we brought an analyst on board to help us understand conversions and the relationship with our marketing channels. This sits alongside a significant growth in enquiries from our exclusive partners at What Car? and Compucars.

“On top of this we’ve seen a growth in stock of well over 40,000 vehicles as a result of us merging with the NFDA”

Sue Robinson, Director of NFDA added, “It’s great to see NFDA Trusted Dealers continuing to generate record responses in this competitive market.”
