The Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) has launched a series of bulletins, aimed at ‘keeping trade associations, business representative bodies and business intermediaries up to date on the latest information and guidance for business on the UK exiting the EU’.
These bulletins are sent out following the EU Exit Business Readiness forum which takes place every Thursday.
BEIS has produced a number of specific leaflets including key guidance such as where to find information, what businesses need to know, and the immediate and recommended actions to keep goods moving across the border.
Some of the key topics covered so far include Changes at the Border for Automotive, VAT Customs and Changes at the Border for Retail Businesses. If you would like to receive any of these, please email louise.woods@rmif.co.uk .
