The NFDA Summer 2016 Dealer Attitude Survey had 1746 respondents from a total participating dealer network of 4090. This represented a response rate of 43%. Mercedes was the highest performing franchise with a score of 9.5, while Citroen is the worst performing franchise scoring just 3.6.
